a) Personal Data You Provide to Us:

  • Account Information: When you register an account, we collect your email address and password, or your authentication details via Apple Sign-In.
  • Profile Information: We collect your preferred name, areas of interest you select during onboarding, and any additional optional information you provide for specific categories (e.g., fitness goals, height).
  • User Content: We collect the messages you send to our AI coaches and the tasks you create in your Smart Calendar.

b) Data Collected Automatically:

  • Usage Data: We may automatically collect information about how you interact with the App, such as the features you use, the coaches you engage with, and the time and duration of your sessions.
  • Device and Error Data: We collect information about your mobile device (such as OS version and device model) and use services like Sentry to automatically log errors and crashes to help us diagnose and fix problems.

2. How We Use Your Information

Having accurate information about you permits us to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience. Specifically, we may use information collected about you via the App to:

  • Create and manage your account.
  • Provide the core functionality of the App, including personalized conversations with our AI coaches.
  • Process payments and subscriptions through third-party services.
  • Display your progress and insights on your personal dashboard.
  • Send you local push notifications for task reminders and engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze usage and trends to improve your experience.
  • Diagnose and fix technical problems and crashes.

3. How We Share Your Information (Third-Party Services)

We do not sell your personal information. However, we may share information we have collected about you in certain situations with the following third-party service providers to help us operate our App:

  • Supabase: Our backend infrastructure provider. All of your app data, including your profile and chat history, is securely stored on Supabase servers.
  • OpenAI: To provide the AI chat functionality, the content of your conversations is sent to OpenAI’s API to generate responses. We do not share your personal account information (like your email) with OpenAI.
  • RevenueCat & Apple: To process and manage your subscriptions. We do not handle or store your credit card or payment information.
  • Sentry: To help us track and fix errors and crashes within the App.

4. Data Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. We rely on the industry-standard security of our backend provider (Supabase) to protect data at rest and in transit (using SSL/TLS encryption). While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable.

5. Data Retention

We will retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the services. You may delete your account at any time, which will result in the deletion of your personal information from our active databases.

  • The right to request the deletion of your account and all associated data.
